Terms of Service

LetsPlay DiscGolf is a free social app for disc golf: groups, events and rounds you can join with your friends. By using LetsPlay, you agree to these terms.

One account for LetsPlay and LeaguePutt

• LetsPlay uses the same account as LeaguePutt. If you already have a LeaguePutt account, you sign in to LetsPlay with it, and a new account works in both apps.
• Your profile, friends, messages and friend notifications are shared between the two apps. A change you make in one shows in the other.
• Give accurate details and keep your phone, email and passkeys secure. One person per account. You're responsible for what happens on your account.

Free and ad-supported

LetsPlay is free to use. There are no subscriptions or paid plans in LetsPlay. To keep it free, LetsPlay may show ads. Ads are clearly separate from the app's own content, and we don't endorse what an advertiser offers. LeaguePutt has its own plans and terms, which apply only when you use LeaguePutt.

Groups, events and community rules

• Be respectful. Don't harass other players, post anything hateful or illegal, impersonate anyone, or send spam.
• Only post events and details you're allowed to share, and keep them accurate.
• Don't try to break, overload or misuse the app.
• We may remove content, or limit or close access to LetsPlay, for anyone who breaks these rules. Limiting your LetsPlay access does not by itself change your LeaguePutt access.

Your content

What you post stays yours. You let us store and show it as needed to run LetsPlay, including showing it to the people in your groups and events and to your friends.

Safety

Disc golf is a physical activity. Play safely and within your own abilities. Meeting people you know through the app is your choice: use good judgment, and follow course rules and the law. LetsPlay helps you organize play; it doesn't run or supervise events.

The service

We work to keep LetsPlay running and accurate, but it's provided "as is" without warranties. Features may change or be removed. To the extent the law allows, LetsPlay isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost content or data.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and continuing to use LetsPlay means you accept the update.
